Guest Bedroom and New Ensuite
A dramatic yet restful monochromatic space.
This large guest bedroom had wasted space which frustrated the owners. The designer suggested incorporating a new ensuite to enhance privacy when visitors came, plus a separate walk in dressing room and airing cupboard to maximise on storage.

Designed to emulate the sun, sea and sky this coastal bedroom and ensuite is abundant in restful luxury, but surprisingly bright when the shutters and blackout blinds are open.

The owners of this home only visited periodically, so it had become a pied a terre until their daughter took up permanent residence. This room is an immense, bright space with high ceilings and is flooded with light courtesy of 4 large sash windows overlooking the sea, but it had grown tired since installed by the developer...
Having downsized from a large Corbridge property the owners of this house could not agree on décor or which furniture to retain. I had a mixed brief of a cozy cottage feel for their living areas, while also retaining a sense of the wow factor. These two adjoining rooms had immense potential, but were stuck with a bad layout and flow configuration.
